Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations with 2026 market impact
- Develop cross-functional implementation roadmaps for next-generation digital infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to incubate and scale experimental technologies from concept to market
- Represent company at global tech forums and industry thought leadership platforms
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams on future-proofing methodologies and emerging tech literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech publications
- Certification in strategic innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFTe)
- Proficiency in data-driven innovation tools (e.g., innovation management software, trend analytics platforms)
