Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market disruption

- Lead cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to implementation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to inform risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Present strategic roadmaps and impact assessments to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, IoT, blockchain, sustainable tech) and future market analysis
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite, engineering, and external partners
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technologies preferred
