Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford innovation labs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across pilot projects
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Experience with venture capital or corporate development ecosystems
- Certification in emerging tech foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of launched technologies disrupting traditional industries
