Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 3-5 year impact analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation portfolio management
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial offerings
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present technology strategies and ROI projections to executive stakeholders
- Foster an internal culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AI Ethics, Blockchain Strategy) required
