- Drive adoption of forward-looking frameworks (e.g., Web3.0, neural interfaces) across business units
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption maturity and innovation ROI
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits and industry think tanks
- Mentor internal 'Future Tech Champions' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovative initiatives in Fortune 500 or unicorn environments
