Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market demands
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem with academic and industry partners
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Advise on ethical implications and regulatory compliance for future tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capital firms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
