Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI) and assess commercial viability
- Design and oversee pilot programs for sustainable tech solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and ESG goals
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation governance
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies
- Proven track record in launching innovative tech products with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with MBA preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
