- Monitor competitive landscape and disruption risks across global markets
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience building strategic frameworks for long-term technology adoption
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, CB Insights)
