Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps and impact assessments to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor R&D teams on future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech into ROI
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Track record of launching successful tech-driven products/services
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
