Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating emerging fields (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with global research institutions
- Develop patent-protected frameworks for human-centric technology adoption
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (AI/quantum/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Expertise in technology ethics and societal impact assessment
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex futures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature/Future Studies journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
