Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Define ethical frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $2M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Executive-level communication skills for complex technical narratives
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
