Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in emerging fields including AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Analyze disruptive technologies and create implementation frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and recommend compliance/adaptation measures
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Visionaries program
- Represent the company at premier industry forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders at board level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Demonstrated success in publishing tech foresight frameworks or industry whitepapers
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech initiatives implemented with measurable impact
