Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 innovation pipeline
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging tech (quantum, AI, neurotech) into core business
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible tech adoption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Security clearance preferred for sensitive projects
