Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions with 3-5 year deployment horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethical framework development for emerging technologies, ensuring responsible innovation and regulatory compliance
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proof system architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale experience
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with 5+ years of future-focused planning experience
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
