- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable computing and neuro-interfaces
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Translate emerging tech trends into commercialization frameworks
- Present disruptive innovation blueprints to C-suite executives
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial viability
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor evolution and neuromorphic computing
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
