Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies targeting 2026 market adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product strategists
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to pilot next-gen solutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation and resource optimization
- Drive thought leadership through industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/sustainability products
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in agile methodologies and scaling tech teams
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum, AWS ML)
- Experience raising Series B+ funding for tech ventures
