Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, generative AI systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or sustainable tech
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI, blockchain, and biotech
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., MIT Sloan)
