- Secure and allocate R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for future-facing technologies
- Present findings at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling experimental projects to commercial viability
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience with VC funding and startup ecosystems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into execution
