Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining tech innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architecture
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Strong background in securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Experience building and scaling technical teams of 20+ professionals
