- Monitor emerging tech trends (metaverse, bio-digital convergence, climate tech)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers and PhD researchers
- Drive patent development and IP strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in director/executive roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience securing $5M+ in research funding
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Strong network with VCs and academic institutions
