Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of next-gen technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI frameworks
- Architect scalable systems for 2026-era challenges: climate modeling, personalized medicine, and autonomous infrastructure
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs to pioneer breakthroughs in neuromorphic computing
- Develop patent-pending solutions for quantum-safe communications and distributed ledger networks
- Create strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech with $10B+ market opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, AI ethicists, and systems engineers
- Present innovation frameworks to Fortune 500 executives and government technology councils
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI neural networks
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Deep understanding of AGI alignment principles and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems handling >10M transactions/sec
- Security clearance preferred for DoE/NSF collaboration projects
