Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026 technology stacks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years leading R&D in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (or equivalent)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI/biotech
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Framework compliance
