- Document technical specifications and implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with product teams to align tech innovations with market needs
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proven track record architecting scalable AI/ML systems
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, AR/VR, and neuromorphic computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in top-tier tech conferences (NeurIPS, IEEE, etc.)
- Strong experience with cross-functional leadership and agile methodologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
