Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation goals with business growth targets.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, etc.) to identify viable use cases for our product ecosystem.
- Lead the Future Tech R&D Lab, overseeing pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects to validate high-impact innovations.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term tech initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of futurists and technical strategists.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights for product evolution.
- Publish thought leadership content and white papers regarding the future of technology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of visionary leadership with a demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential application in enterprise and consumer markets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
