- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify disruptive technologies and integrate them into our core strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting with a focus on advanced technology.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of leading innovation projects with a clear focus on future-state outcomes.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through periods of rapid change and technological disruption.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
