Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technology roadmap and strategic vision for the 2026 transition, focusing on scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives focused on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to align tech strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our industry by 2026.
- Mentor engineering teams on adopting future-proof coding standards and architectural patterns.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML paradigms, predictive analytics, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term forecasting and risk assessment.
- Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
