Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with market forecasts and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional task forces in quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Architect sustainable tech solutions targeting net-zero operational targets by 2026
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D collaboration
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
