Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D strategy for technologies expected to mature by 2026, including Generative AI and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
- Identify emerging market trends and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Oversee pilot programs for cutting-edge tools, ensuring rapid prototyping and evaluation.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or technologies 3-5 years ahead of the market.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
