Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Design scalable solutions addressing future challenges in climate tech, digital infrastructure, and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term technological impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of future technology trends and market disruption patterns
- Exceptional project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives
