- Define and execute strategic initiatives to ensure our products are future-proof and scalable for the next decade.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate shifts in the technology landscape that could disrupt the industry.
- Oversee the integration of advanced automation tools to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, R&D, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives 3-5 years into the future.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
