Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 that will shape our industry.
- Technology Scouting: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies that align with our long-term business goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical initiatives.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Spearhead the development and testing of high-value prototypes to validate new tech stack possibilities before full-scale deployment.
- Risk Management: Assess the risks associated with adopting futuristic technologies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
- Talent Development: Mentor internal teams on emerging tech trends, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
- Future Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems, with a keen interest in their application for 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire teams with a clear, compelling vision.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving market.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
