Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify and prioritize emerging technologies that align with our long-term business goals.
- Research & Development Oversight: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts, ensuring they are scalable and commercially viable.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor advancements to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with key technology partners, universities, and think tanks to foster innovation.
- Strategic Implementation: oversee the transition of pilot projects from concept to production-ready products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product innovation, with a proven track record of identifying disruptive trends.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strategic Foresight: Strong analytical skills with the ability to predict industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Certifications: PMP, MBA, or similar strategic certifications are a plus.
