- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical strategies in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Oversee the evaluation and adoption of new tech stacks that ensure scalability and security.
- Mentor a team of technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain).
- Strong understanding of system architecture and digital transformation methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
