Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech verticals including AGI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Build executive-level frameworks for ethical tech adoption and regulatory compliance
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published author or recognized authority in future-tech publications
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite stakeholder management
