Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Advanced Model Research: Investigate and prototype novel techniques for LLM optimization, including quantization, distillation, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- System Integration: Integrate AI agents into our core product suite, ensuring seamless interaction between natural language interfaces and backend databases.
- Performance Optimization: Reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards required for 2026 deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement and monitor guardrails to ensure AI outputs adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex AI projects.
