Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the R&D team in exploring emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, conducting code reviews and technical workshops for junior and senior engineers alike.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithm Proficiency: Strong understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and modern deep learning architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
