- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers and AI research institutions
- Drive ESG-aligned tech initiatives to achieve carbon-negative data operations by 2026
- Present future-tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor emerging technologists in foresight methodologies and ethical tech deployment
- Publish industry thought leadership on quantum-AI symbiosis and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5-year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and distributed systems architecture
- Track record of launching at least two category-defining tech products
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and quantum security protocols
