Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence scenarios through 2030
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify disruptive innovations
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to prototype 2026-vintage solutions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M annual innovation portfolio for emerging tech incubation
- Author white papers on quantum-AI symbiosis and neuro-ergonomics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in predictive analysis
- Published research on exponential technology trends (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi Method
- Proficiency in quantum computing simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and post-2026 ethical considerations
