Responsibilities

- Architect innovation pipelines with 5+ year implementation roadmaps
- Present executive briefings on systemic risks and opportunities
- Mentor futurist teams in scenario planning methodologies
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, biotech, Web3) impact assessment
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFPC preferred)
