Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate modeling teams
- Identify emerging tech inflection points (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum encryption) through horizon scanning
- Translate complex exponential technologies into actionable product roadmaps with ROI modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global climate initiatives
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in human-machine symbiosis
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 tech journals
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment (>10M users)
- Certified in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technologies commercialized within 5-year horizon
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Bioengineering preferred
