Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech including neural interfaces and biotech integrations
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D incubator programs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent role
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence technologies
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
