Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation lab focused on 5-year horizon technologies
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators and research institutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technological innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major industry forums
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS ML) preferred
