- Build and mentor a cross-disciplinary innovation team of 8-12 specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on tech disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization
