Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MEng preferred)
- Certifications in AI ethics, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Presentation skills to executive audiences and investors
