Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision for 2026
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state architectures
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for disruptive tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing infrastructure and development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Strong financial acumen for ROI modeling and tech investment analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS AI Specialty, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience scaling teams and managing P&L for innovation projects
