Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, prioritizing AI integration, quantum adoption, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing products
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-develop emerging technologies
- Drive organizational transformation through change management frameworks and future-skills training programs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products with >$50M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in strategic visualization tools
