Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic AI, carbon-negative tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential $1B+ market impact
- Drive R&D investments in frontier technologies with 5-10 year horizons
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced materials, etc.)
- Track record of launching successful ventures or products valued at $50M+
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field from Tier 1 institution
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
