Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and circular economy solutions
- Develop AI governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI on emerging tech investments
- Establish industry partnerships for blockchain-based supply chain optimization
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board of directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, and distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go)
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience with international tech policy development and regulatory frameworks
