Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (NFTs, Web4, AGI) and competitive landscape analysis
- Present visionary tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Drive startup partnerships in biotech and climate tech acceleration
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/ML experience essential)
