Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 2026-optimized tech roadmaps
- Forecast and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AI ethics)
- Design scalable frameworks for next-gen human-machine collaboration
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets for prototype development
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Go preferred)
- Certified in Tech Strategy Futures (TSF) or equivalent
